PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pre-orders are early purchases of specific cosmetic items that are scheduled for shipment at a later time, typically made by wholesalers with full payment made 8–10 weeks in advance. Pre-orders are a fantastic technique to ensure that wholesalers receive whatever beauty product they want in an infinite amount at extremely low pricing. Every product that is offered for pre-order will have a designated date for shipping and pickup. Although we will try our best to regularly update our site with shipment status updates, these dates are not guaranteed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND A MAXIMUM OF 12 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Once the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be ready for pick-up at our Balogun Store location in Lagos Island, within two days.

When a delay occurs and why?

In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre orders require full payment to be made at checkout.

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations, returns or exchanges as prices are locked in at the point of payment . Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the payment is processed nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3.  We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in duration specified dues to PESTLE factors beyond our control.. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4. Pre-order items will ship according to the dates listed on each individual product page. For some products that ship in multiple batches- multiple arrival dates will be indicated per shipment batch. A new shipping date for the next batch does not affect any pre-order status for an earlier batch that was previously placed

5. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive earlier/later than time scheduled due to change in several factors (eg: vessel schedules, congestions at the port, customs clearing process etc)

6. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

7. Please it is advised not to combine in-stock and pre-ordered items. ALL items will be picked up at our Balogun Store Location In Lagos. It is recommended that due to the estimated volume of pre-ordered items, ALL customers are advised to arrange pick-up from our Balogun store- Kindly email keyaccounts@nectarbeautyhub.com for pick up scheduled, enquiries and clarification when all pre-ordered items are available.

8. Once you place a pre-order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions

9. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall be picked up directly to the person with details specified during payment/checkout process. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

10. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 48 Hours and schedule it for Pick Up at our Balogun Store Location in Lagos Island - Nigeria. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.
