Eucerin Even Pigment Perfector Night Cream contains Thiamidol®, an effective and patented ingredient that acts at the root cause of dark spots by reducing melanin production. The night cream also contains Dexpanthenol – an active ingredient known to support skin regeneration overnight. Skin appears even and radiant. Panthenol and Dexpanthenol are two names commonly used for the same ingredient. It is a derivative of Pantothenic Acid (a B Complex Vitamin) and enhances skin regeneration and repair. When applied regularly, Panthenol/Dexpanthenol has been proven to considerably improve symptoms of skin irritation such as dryness, roughness, scaling and redness. Panthenol/Dexpanthenol is also an effective moisturiser. It improves hydration in the outermost layers of the skin and helps to reduce trans-epidermal water loss.
